John Koukoullis appeared before magistrates on (Wednesday October 29) charged with fraudulently selling tickets for Premier League, FA and UEFA football matches. A summons had been issued against John Koukoullis, 37, of Birchwood, Briscoe Road, Hoddesdon, relating to 15 charges under the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act (CJPO) Act, of selling tickets for the football organisations without authorisation.
